The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) awarded the Berlayar Drive residential Government Land Sales (GLS) site to Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd. and GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for $576,778,554.00, or $16,307.46 per square metre of GFA, on 7 August 2026.

Unlike most 2026 GLS tenders, Berlayar Drive drew only a single bid. The Intrepid/GuocoLand consortium was the sole tenderer, and their bid was accepted as the award price.
