The tender launched on 26 November 2025 (as part of a three-site release) and closed on 26 March 2026, drawing six bids in total. The winning bid cleared the next-highest offer, from SMCL Dover 3 Pte. Ltd. and CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., by 4.4%.
