The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) awarded the Dunearn Road residential-with-commercial Government Land Sales (GLS) site to Winrich Investment Pte. Ltd. and Metrobilt Construction Pte Ltd [Wing Tai-Metro JV] for $532,999,999.00, or $17,490.32 per square metre of GFA, on 4 May 2026. The tender launched on 8 December 2025 as part of a four-site release and closed on 28 April 2026, drawing six bids in total. The winning bid beat the next-highest offer, from a Frasers Property Phoenix, CSC Land Group and Sekisui House consortium, by just 3.1%, with the top five bids all landing within 6.5% of each other.
