Executive Condo (EC) New Launch Condos in Singapore (2026)

Executive Condominiums are Singapore's hybrid housing type — privately built and sold, but government-subsidised at launch with CPF Housing Grant eligibility for eligible first-timers. A household income ceiling applies at purchase. After the 5-year Minimum Occupation Period, ECs can be resold to Singapore Citizens and PRs; after 10 years they are fully privatised and open to all buyers including foreigners. ECs in good locations have historically delivered some of the strongest capital appreciation in Singapore's residential market.
