The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) awarded the River Valley Green (Parcel C) residential Government Land Sales (GLS) site to SMCL Haven 3 Pte. Ltd. and CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for $750,569,199.00, or $18,621.77 per square metre of GFA, on 23 June 2026. The tender launched on 9 April 2026 (alongside Peck Hay Road) and closed on 18 June 2026, drawing four bids in total. The winning bid edged out the next-highest offer, from COLI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., by 4.1%.

Parcel C is the third and latest chapter of the River Valley Green GLS precinct: Parcel A was awarded in June 2024 and Parcel B in February 2025. Together they mark a multi-year, phased release of the same riverside corridor next to Great World MRT station.
